Own personal cape, no. Only way to get that is to have your own guild.

What if the background was a lighter color and the stars were black or maybe a dark grey so you get them to look like a silhouette to better match the name.

I was very fond of the cape I had made for my guild. It matched my ele'e outfit very nicely.

Yeah i was wondering why you just left, figured it was an error. oh well. I still need to finish up like 2 more of those runs, and help you with the missions though.
